منظمة حاضرين . إنتهاكات المليشيا
منذ بداية المعارك بين القوات المسلحة السودانية ومليشيا الدعم السريع.. فقد تأكد لحاضرين ومن مصادر متطابقة حدوث سبع حالات عنف جنسي.. حدثت جميعها في مناطق تقع تحت سيطرة المليشيا.. إثنان من الضحايا أكدن بأن المجموعة التي قامت باغتصابهم تابعة للمليشيا.. كما أكد شاهد عيان بأن المجموعة التي قامت باغتصاب إثنتين من الضحايا الأخريات يرتدي بعض أفرادها نفس الأزياء العسكرية التي يرتديها افراد المليشيا
كما انه جاري التأكد من خمسة ادعاءات *أخرى* .. وجميعها أيضاً من مناطق تتبع لسيطرة مليشيا الدعم السريع
نحن إذ ندين مثل هذه الممارسات الشنيعة التي تمس كرامة المرأة.. والتي لا يمكن السكوت عنها بجانب بقية الإنتهاكات الأخرى والتي هي ليست بمستغربة على أفراد مليشيا الدعم السريع.. فقد سبق ووثقت “حاضرين” لانتهاكات مماثلة في تقريرها “ثمن الإنتقال” بعد استباحتها لمدينة الخرطوم بعد مذبحة فض الإعتصام في ٢٠١٩
نحن إذ نطالب المجتمع الدولي بمتابعة هذه الإنتهاكات والعمل على ايقافها فوراً عبر كل السبل والقنوات.. خصوصاً أن بعض الحوادث المؤكدة تمت بعد توقيع ما يعرف بإعلان جدة “الإلتزام بحماية المدنيين” بين القوات المسلحة ومليشيا الدعم السريع
نحن إذ ندق ناقوس الخطر بأن إستمرار هذه الإنتهاكات الشنيعة والتي ترقى لتوصيفها بجرائم حرب مكتملة الأركان حسب ما نص عليه القانون الدولي.. دون أي ضغط من المجتمع الدولي ومختلف مكونات المجتمع السوداني على قيادة المليشيا لتسيطر على تصرفات أفرادها ومحاسبة مرتكبي جرائم العنف الجنسي والنهب والسلب.. سوف يؤدي لا محالة لزيادة مستمرة في حدوثها.

Since the beginning of the fighting between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Militia, it has been confirmed to “Hadhreen” from multiple sources that seven cases of sexual violence have occurred, all of which took place in areas under the control of the militia. Two of the victims confirmed that the group that raped is militia members, and an eyewitness also confirmed that the group that raped two of the other victims were wearing the same military uniforms as the militia members.
We are also currently verifying five *other* allegations, all of which are also from areas under the control of the Rapid Support Forces militia. We condemn such heinous practices that violate the dignity of women and cannot be ignored alongside other violations that are not surprising to be committed by members of the Rapid Support Forces. “Hadhreen” has previously documented similar violations in its report “The Cost of Transition” after the militia’s invasion of Khartoum following the dispersal of the sit-in massacre in 2019.
We call on the international community to monitor these violations and work to stop them immediately through all means and channels, especially since some of the confirmed incidents occurred after the signing of what is known as the Jaddah Declaration “Commitment to Protect Civilians” between the armed forces and the Rapid Support Forces militia.
We sound the alarm that the continued perpetration of these heinous violations, which amount to war crimes according to international law, without any pressure from the international community and various components of Sudanese society on the leadership of the militia to control the actions of its members and hold perpetrators of sexual violence, looting, and theft accountable, will inevitably lead to a continuous increase in their occurrence.
